Niente S. Diego per me...:)

Ma un po' è come se ci fossi stata...

Si è parlato molto del Wednesday Comics e non solo durante il panel dedicato al progetto in cui l'editor Mark Chiarello e gli autori si sono confrontati con il pubblico perlopiù entusiasta del lavoro fatto e dell' idea in generale.
Vinta l'iniziale diffidenza nei confronti del formato "newspaper", i lettori sembrano aver gradito la scelta dei personaggi e dei teams che li hanno rappresentati. Non sono mancate le critiche, certo, ma è stato comunque un gran bel risultato; e sono estremamente felice di aver avuto l' occasione di far parte del gioco a fianco di autori come Lee Bermejo e John Arcudi.

Nel frattempo, giusto per aggiornarvi sullo stato delle uscite (ancora in corso), siamo a pagina 5 su Usa Today e per chi volesse vedere le splendide tavole in bianco e nero, segnalo il blog di Lee Bermejo.

But it's like I was there...

They talked much about Wednesday Comics and not only during the dedicated panel. Editor Mark Chiarello and the authors answered the readers who were enthusiastic about the idea and the work done on the pages.
Won the initial mistrust for "newspaper" format, readers seemed to enjoy the choice of the characters and the teams engaged to represent them.
There have been also some critics, sure, but anyway it was a great result for everyone and I'm absolutely happy to be part of the game with authors like Lee Bermejo and John Arcudi.

Meanwhile to keep you updated on the status of the releases (still in progress), page 5 is on Usa Today and for those who want to see the gorgeous black and white pages, give a look to Lee Bermejo's blog.
